Shipping Policy
Quick Dispatch on Stocked Items
We keep a wide range of products in stock, which means we can dispatch your order quickly using reliable, trusted couriers.
Some larger items (like pallet deliveries) are sent directly from our suppliers — these may take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Please note: Bank holidays do not count as working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping charges will be deducted unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Free Delivery Over €100
Spend €100 or more and receive free standard shipping.
If your order includes multiple items and part of it is cancelled, causing the total to fall below €100, standard shipping charges will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (e.g., #123456789).

For smaller deliveries, DPD may offer you the option to schedule a delivery time directly.
Some items shipped from suppliers or delivered by pallet may not have tracking — just contact us at [email protected] if needed.
Returns Policy
Returning an Item
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it — provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and includes all manuals and accessories.

Items that are unwanted and returned opened may not be eligible for a full refund.
Unwanted / Incorrect Orders
Ordered the wrong item or changed your mind?
- Return it within 14 days for store credit
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at your own expense
- Credit is applied within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item
If we accept a return after the 14-day period, a handling fee may be deducted.
Note: Special-order items (e.g. built-to-order storage systems or diagnostic tools) are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours at [email protected].
Make sure to include photos and a description of the issue.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Repairs & Spare Parts
In some cases, a repair may be possible with replacement parts:
- We’ll need photos clearly showing the damage or faulty part
- If covered by warranty, we may send parts at no cost
- If your item is out of warranty, charges may apply for parts and delivery
We don’t carry spare parts in stock, so delivery times can vary. If evidence isn’t provided, parts may be charged in advance.
Warranty Repairs or Replacements
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
- Include order number, description, and photos or videos
We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to assess whether repair or replacement is covered by warranty.
If the product is out of warranty, charges may apply for collection, diagnosis, repair, or return shipping.
Before returning an item for repair:
- Package it securely (ideally in the original box)
- Include proof of purchase and your contact details
- Mention the name of the staff member you spoke to (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
Some products can’t be returned unless they are faulty:
- Large space heaters
- Oversized toolboxes
- Built-in storage systems
- Diagnostic equipment
These are often special-order items. Contact us before buying if you’re unsure about return eligibility.
