DeWALT DCD740P2 18V XR Cordless Right Angle Drill Kit – 2 × 5.0Ah Batteries, Charger & Case

Compact right angle drill for working in tight spaces

DeWALT DCD740P2 is an 18V XR cordless right angle drill designed for tradespeople who need to drill in restricted spaces where a conventional drill is difficult to manoeuvre. Its angled head, compact 10mm keyless chuck and multi-position trigger make it particularly useful for installation work, plumbing, electrical fitting and general construction.

Key Benefits

Compact right angle design: Reach between joists, inside cabinets and behind pipework where a standard drill may struggle to fit. The angled transmission helps you get closer to the drilling point without compromising access.

Two-speed metal transmission: Choose between 0–650 rpm for controlled drilling and 0–2,000 rpm for faster applications. The two-speed gearbox provides flexibility across different materials and drilling tasks.

10mm keyless chuck: Change drill bits quickly without a separate chuck key. The automatic spindle lock helps make bit changes straightforward when moving between tasks.

Multi-position trigger: Operate the trigger from different hand positions, making it easier to work when access is limited or the drill must be held at an awkward angle.

LED work light: Illuminates the drilling area to improve visibility in cupboards, between framing members and other poorly lit spaces.

Durable all-metal gearing: The metal transmission is designed for efficient power transfer and durability during regular professional use.

Two 5.0Ah batteries included: The kit provides two high-capacity batteries, allowing you to swap packs when one needs recharging and keep your work moving.

Charger and carrying case: Store and transport the drill and its accessories together, with the included charger ready for recharging between jobs.
